You must be of age 18 & above to purchase from the website. Any items purchased on this website will not be delivered to an address outside of India.

All prices listed on this website are in Indian Rupees and all charges will be processed in Indian Rupees.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Onyx Components & Systems (P) Ltd will notify you by e-mail within hours of purchasing if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or your purchase order. If you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours of completing a purchase order, Onyx Components & Systems (P) Ltd is deemed to have confirmed the purchase at the price listed. If you receive such notification, the sale will be automatically terminated unless you reply by e-mail with confirmation of your intention to purchase the item at the confirmed price.

Onyx Components & Systems (P) Ltd will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any periods indicated; however, Onyx Components & Systems (P) Ltd will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Onyx Components & Systems (P) Ltd also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses. If Onyx Components & Systems (P) Ltd chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by e-mail and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Shipping:

Provided that Goods are in stock, the Company will use its reasonable efforts to despatch Goods within 4-6 (four-six) days of the date of order. No commitment is given concerning delivery times.

Shipping charges will be notified at the time of placing an order to which such charges apply.

Estimated Delivery:

Most of our orders are delivered within 2-5 days. In cases where items in an order are not available for immediate dispatch or delivery must be made to a remote location, it can take longer. The customer will be informed of the same through email.
