Position: Asst Manager – Sales & Marketing

Job Location: New Delhi/Pune/Ahmedabad

Exp: 3 to 6 years

Qualification: UG – Diploma/ Graduation – BE/Btech – ECE/EEE or B.Sc. – Electronics/ PG – M.Sc. – Electronics/ MBA/PGDM – Marketing with ECE/EEE/Electronics

Desired Skillset:

  • Excellent market & product knowledge in Electronics/Semiconductor/Wireless Communication/E-mech/ Power Supplies/Defence segments with expertise in sales & marketing
  • Excellent understanding of Product Marketing / Sales process

Major Tasks & Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for funnel development for assigned area, product line and market segment.
  • Identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Identifying and engaging  the top players and potential lines for the division
  • Coordinate with Application Engineering team for providing information on new application, products to existing and new customers.
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet the budgets.
  • Identify & pursue potential business opportunities then convert them into profitable revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts & correspondence.
  • Timely updates on both ongoing & future projects.
  • Create Sales plan in alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities including projects, products, applications & market share.
  • Maintain business relationship within target accounts.

Position: Field Application Engineer

Job Location: New Delhi/Pune/Bengaluru

Exp: 1 to 3 years

Desired Skillset: Expertise in Wireless Communication/Industrial Power Supply/E-mech products

Qualification: UG – Diploma/ Graduation – BE/Btech – ECE/EEE or B.Sc. – Electronics

Major Tasks & Responsibilities: 

  • Search for OEM’s/Design Houses who might benefit with Company products maximizing client potential in designated regions.
  • Interact closely with customers to understand new technologies & projects in which they are working and providing technical details for customer applications.
  • Maintain & update the technology inputs, follow up and monitor all the customer’s activities on opportunities.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs & troubleshoot on applications & resolve the issues effectively.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Ensure constant interaction with principals on the technology and marketing front.

Position: Sales Engineer

Job Location: New Delhi/Pune/Bengaluru/Chennai

Exp: 0 to 2 years

Desired Skillset:

  • Good knowledge in Electronics/Wireless Communication/E-mech/Power Supplies/Semiconductors.
  • Basic knowledge in Pre-Sales and post Sales will also be preferred

Qualification: Diploma/BE/Btech – ECE/EEE or B.Sc./M.Sc. – Electronics/ PG – M.Sc. – Electronics/ MBA/PGDM – Marketing with ECE/EEE/Electronics

Major Tasks & Responsibilities: 

  • Identifying potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new market
  • Pre-Sale technical discussions with clients to gain an understanding of the requirement and ensure effective conversion
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs & troubleshoot on applications & resolve the issues effectively
  • Coordinate with Application Engineering team for providing information on new application & projects to existing & new customers.
  • Good understanding of sales processes like negotiating, tender and contracting terms with Clients
  • Should be used to adapting various marketing strategies like trade shows, technical conference.
  • An Interface between the organization’s technical application/sales team, and with the customer.
  • Meeting the revenue targets, reporting MIS and customer visit planning.
